Yes. We own a backup generator and keep it on-site. We are one of a few wine storage facilities in the country that can say that. Our facility can run fully grid-free to keep your wine safe and cool during any power outage. As California wildfires become more prevalent and planned power outages become more common it is more important than ever to have your wine in a location with a backup power solution.
We are new, centrally located, and have some of the most competitive pricing in San Diego. Our facility has a backup generator on-site and ready to go fully grid-free whenever the next power outage occurs. Our facilities were built in 2017 with the latest technologies and materials. You can be the first person to ever use your locker!
The lobby as well as the storage room are under 24 hour video surveillance. We are aware of everyone who comes in and out of the facility. The cellar is protected at all times with a state of the art security system.
Only you and people who you authorize will have access to your wine collection.
While we guarantee your wine will be left in great hands at our facility we do recommend looking into insuring your wine collection. Often times your wine collection can be covered by homeowners insurance. If not, you may want to look into other forms of insurance that specialize in collectibles.
